Terms and conditions
These terms govern bookings and stays at Carpenter's Dream House near Stari Vrh.
Booking
Bookings are made through the Bentral booking system or by direct agreement with the host. A booking is confirmed once the guest receives confirmation.
Price
Pricing is dynamic and depends on the dates, length of stay and number of guests. The current price is always shown in the booking system.
Number of guests
The house sleeps a maximum of 12 guests. Additional people may not arrive without prior agreement.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms are stated in the booking system when the booking is confirmed.
Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its equipment during the stay.
