House rules

These rules exist so that every guest can enjoy a calm and pleasant stay.

Parties and events

Parties and unannounced events are not permitted. Organised family gatherings are possible only by prior agreement.

Please respect the quiet of the surroundings during the evening and at night.

A maximum of 12 guests may stay in the house, in line with the confirmed booking.

Smoking indoors is not permitted.

Please use the fireplace carefully and follow the instructions given on arrival.

The outdoor area is fenced, but supervision of children remains the responsibility of parents or accompanying adults.

Please treat the house, its equipment and the surrounding forest with respect.
